VICE PRESIDENT – Colton Cottages

Prior to co-founding the Colton Cottages Division of Colton Lee Communities, Greg achieved success in the public homebuilding industry in a wide variety of leadership positions. Over the previous 14 years, he served in Vice President and Director of Land Acquisition roles while at D.R. Horton and Lennar divisions in Southern and Central California. During his tenure, he was responsible for the establishment of the Central Coast division that encompassed two counties, the acquisition of over $300 million of land, resulting in the entitlement and construction of nearly 3,000 lots and home.

Greg also founded Brennandale Consolidated, a group specializing in the acquisition, entitlement, and disposition of both raw and improved land, and Brennandale Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage firm. Greg’s real estate and development experience is not limited exclusively to management positions, as he grew up the son of a contractor. His experience in the field has made him an efficient and well-rounded real estate development executive.

Greg holds a California Real Estate Brokers license, and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a life-long Southern California resident and currently resides in Ventura County, with his wife, Laura, and daughters Elsa and Esmei.
